Olympus America Microscopes

Olympus America donated two video-capable microscopes to LIMSAT.  The donations will enable visitors to examine everything from blood flow in a live fish's tail to the tiny details of an integrated circuit.  They will be able to see plant structures and all sorts of micro-organisms.

Shown in these photos are Mr. Tim Moriority - Kings Park student and recent Westinghouse Science Competition semi-finalist, Dr. Mary DeRose - Superintendent of Schools for Kings Park, and Dr. Fred Kruger - LIMSAT (volunteer) Exhibits Director.
