LIMSAT Traveling Exhibit Travels to Albany

On February 28th, 2000 LIMSAT's Kings Park Director of Operations Janet Tempel traveled to Albany to bring an exhibit about LIMSAT to the State Science Education Day.
At the invitation of Assemblyman Robert Sweeney, Chairman of the State Science and Technology Commission, New York State Intel Scholarship finalists and museums in Science and Technology Museums of New York (STMNY) showed off their talents and expertise in the field of science at the State Assembly.  Assemblyman Sweeney visited all exhibits on the Mall and then introduced all participants to the New York State Assembly session.  Shown here are the Assemblyman and Tempel looking over the exhibit "Learn About Radiation" which is a learning tool at  the LIMSAT-Kings Park site.
